Join Monica Saleem, fitness instructor and owner of Twist and Turns Body Fitness, for a Full Body outdoor workout session. Bend, Pull, Push and give yourself a reach for the sky with our total body conditioning with warm-ups, stretches, cardio moves, endurance jabs, strength, flexibility and so much fun.
